The hotel had an amazing location right on the Gloucester harbor, offering breathtaking views. The rooms were well-equipped with marvelous amenities and some even had balconies to enjoy the water views. The service was top-notch, with complimentary coffee provided to make up for any service lapses. However, the dining experience was not included in the package, which was a bit of a letdown. The facilities were modern and convenient, adding to the overall comfort of the stay.
